Return & refund policy

Since all products are custom-made on order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

- You received a defective or wrong product
- There was a size mismatch due to our error

To request a replacement:
- Email us at help@sangamtana.com within **48 hours** of receiving the product
- Attach clear images showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit.  
Refunds are not provided for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Color mismatch due to screen differences
- Change of mind
